Yes. Our top graduates move into managed internships where they build and deploy projects for partners. Every line of code is reviewed and QA-tested by our senior architects to meet professional standards.

Quality is non-negotiable. Candidates complete a 6-week bootcamp, a capstone assessment, and a mandatory contribution to Frappe open-source projects. We also partner with ALU’s Professional Development team to validate workplace readiness. Only top candidates are selected for placement.

For the Developers Track, yes — we expect a fundamental understanding of Python and/or JavaScript. For the Implementation Track, no coding experience is required, but you must demonstrate business acumen.

Membership guarantees training; paid work is merit-based. Top performers in the cohort are fast-tracked into paid internships with our network of partner organizations.

This is a pre-professional incubator, not a casual club. Fellows commit 4–6 hours per week, including mandatory attendance at Monday workshops and Wednesday project sprints.
