The enterprise talent incubator

Building the next generation of enterprise experts

We find and train the next generation of Frappe developers and ERPNext implementers — then help them land their first real work in the ecosystem.

our mission

The ecosystem has more work than it has people.

Agencies turn down projects they cannot staff. Independent implementers close deals they then have to build alone. And there are developers all over the world who could do that work and have no route into it.

Frappe Club is how we close that gap. We train developers and implementers on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext out of Kigali. Nobody reaches a client project without finishing the bootcamp, passing a capstone, and getting a contribution merged into a Frappe open-source project.

We are a programme of Dapo ERP, and we are direct about why: the bench we train is the bench we deploy. That alignment is what makes the training real. We are not selling certificates — we are building the people the business depends on.

the cohort

You learn the way a product team ships.

Developers and implementers train side by side, on the same projects — because that is how the work actually happens. Two tracks, one cohort.

Engineering Track Frappe Framework

Build custom applications and backend architecture on the Frappe Framework.

Implementation Track ERPNext

Map and digitize business processes as an ERPNext functional consultant.

questions

Frequently asked questions

For the Developers Track, yes — we expect a fundamental understanding of Python and/or JavaScript. For the Implementation Track, no coding experience is required, but you must demonstrate business acumen.
Membership guarantees training, not a job. Paid work is merit-based — top graduates are placed on Dapo ERP client projects and with partner organizations in our network.
This is a pre-professional incubator, not a casual club. Fellows commit 4–6 hours per week, including mandatory attendance at Monday workshops and Wednesday project sprints.
A six-week bootcamp, a capstone assessment, and a contribution merged into a Frappe open-source project.
where graduates end up

Graduates work on real agency projects through Dapo ERP.

Dapo ERP is the Kigali studio that runs Frappe Club. Top graduates join its client pods — real client work, reviewed by a senior architect, shipped to production.
