Building the Next Generation of Enterprise Experts

We identify, train, and deploy the next generation of Frappe developers and ERPNext functional implementers for the growing ecosystem.

Our graduates are pre-vetted junior talent ready for deployment.

We structure our cohort like a professional product team. The Engineering Track uses the Frappe Framework to train developers in custom application building and backend architecture. The Implementation Track uses ERPNext to teach consultants how to map and digitize business processes. By training together, we produce talent ready to deploy real-world infrastructure from day one.

FAQs for prospective Partners
We facilitate talent placement through two primary channels: Low-risk managed internships for project implementation with partner companies, and direct Staffing Placements (hiring our top graduates as junior engineers or analysts). Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Yes. Our top graduates move into Managed Internships, where they build and deploy projects for partners. Every line of code is reviewed and QA-tested by our Senior Architects to ensure it meets professional standards.
Quality is non-negotiable. Candidates undergo a 6-week bootcamp, a Capstone assessment, and must make a mandatory contribution to the Frappe Open Source projects. We also partner with ALU’s Professional Development team to validate workplace readiness. Only top candidates are selected for placement.
FAQs for prospective Fellows
For the Developers Track, yes, we expect a fundamental understanding of Python and/or JavaScript. For the Implementation Track, no coding experience is required, but you must demonstrate business acumen.
While membership guarantees training, paid work is merit-based. Top performers in the cohort are fast-tracked into Paid Internships with our network of partner organizations.
This is a pre-professional incubator, not a casual club. Fellows are expected to commit 4-6 hours per week, including mandatory attendance at Monday workshops and Wednesday project sprints.
